The organisation of the IFFI network is realised by Vogelvlucht and Unicum Communicatie. The annual program is designed by Unicum Communicatie and put together by Vogelvlucht. Both companies have their specific expertise in the food ingredients industry.

The board consists of three members and these are working at the companies that are a member of IFFI. They are an important sounding board of the network and support the realisation of the annual programme. They also protect the quality of the meetings to the high standards that IFFI has set.
